Ginori 1735 launches first dedicated retail space at Harrods
Italian luxury brand Ginori 1735 has unveiled a new dedicated retail space for its home fragrance collections at Harrods.
Part of Kering Group since 2013, the brand's distribution network includes an e-commerce channel that reaches 31 countries globally, flagship stores in Florence, Milan, Sesto Fiorentino and Paris, selected dealers in Italy, as well as a presence in department stores and multi-brand specialty stores around the globe.
The name Ginori 1735 refers to the eighteenth-century origins of the company. The brand specialises in the field of luxury and lifestyle, championing the expression of Italian excellence across its range of products.
Located on the third floor in Harrods' 'Home Fragrance' room, the new concession has been developed in collaboration with United Perfumes. Inspired by the colours and decorations of the brand's Oriente Italiano collection, the space features rose and purple tones and combines a carnation floral pattern with an "exuberant and unusual" chromatic scale.
The space represents the first ‘home fragrance concept’ for Ginori 1735 and further consolidates the brand's international development strategy in the UK. Additionally, the opening further supports its "transition to a global lifestyle design brand".
As part of the offering, Harrods will stock Ginori 1735's La Compagnia Di Caterina range, which includes scented candles developed in various sizes and colours, incense burners, room diffusers and candle snuffers. It will also house the Profumi Luchino collection, created in collaboration with English artist and designer Luke Edward Hall.
