Glossier has strengthened its senior leadership team with three new appointments, aiming to "better position the brand for market opportunities".

Marie Suter has been promoted to Chief Creative Director. Suter first joined Glossier in 2018 as VP Creative Director and was later promoted to SVP Executive Creative Director in April 2022. In these roles, she developed the brand's aesthetic and "the ways in which its products and experiences come to life".

Suter previously served as Creative Director for a number of Condé Nast-owned publications, including Teen Vogue from 2012-2018 and Allure from 2017-2018.

Kleona Mack has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. Over the past two years as SVP of Global Marking & Product Development at Glossier, Mack has "elevated the brand, product, influencer, omnichannel marketing and communications efforts with her focused leadership". Prior to Glossier, she was VP of Corporate Strategic Marketing at L'Oréal USA.

Chitra Balireddi will be joining Glossier as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Balireddi will be responsible for driving the brand's global business across all distribution channels - ecommerce, retail and wholesale. She will also lead omnichannel integration, customer experience and strategy, and overall business execution.

Balireddi brings experience from various senior leadership roles, including Head of Retail Operations at Chanel, Principal of Strategy, Marketing and Sales at The Boston Consulting Group, and CEO of Terez.

Kyle Leahy, CEO of Glossier, said: "The promotions of our talented leaders, like Marie Suter and Kleo Mack, are recognition of their immense impact on how our customers experience Glossier across our stores, social media and online.

"I am also very excited that Chitra Balireddi is joining the team at this important juncture. Chitra brings the critical interplay of strategic and operational business skills necessary for Glossier's next chapter in the omnichannel environment. It's humbling to be at the helm of a company led by such talented women and I'm thrilled to see our team continue to elevate and grow."
