Glow Hub champions skincare education with product rebrand
Vegan skincare brand Glow Hub has launched a rebrand across its product portfolio to help address misinformation and educate consumers about skincare.
Founded by Tiffany Salmon, Glow Hub provides targeted skincare solutions and simple routines to the Gen Z beauty community. Its bestselling products include a Scar Slayer Wand, Hydration Hero Serum, and Zit Zap Wand Spot Treatment.
The redesign features Glow Hub's existing products in new brighter and bolder packaging, which aims to "set the record straight on misinformation spread about beauty regimes and give consumers clear and easy solutions for their skincare needs".
As part of this, each product has been clearly labelled with helpful information and features a "cheat sheet" to help customers identify a product's category and guide them through their skincare routine.
It also features clear function identifiers on the lid of every box and an INCI "glow down" to simplify the ingredients list, calling out the most important ingredients and explaining what they do.
The move builds on Glow Hub's mission to educate its community about skincare. This is also supported by the brand's online Skincare Quiz, which allows customers to build a routine best suited to their individual skincare needs.
Tiffany Salmon, Founder of Glow Hub, told TheIndustry.beauty: “As Glow Hub nears its third birthday, and with our growth in an incredible upwards trajectory, I knew now was the best time to make a few key changes to help connect with our consumers and elevate the brand even further.
"Making skincare easy to understand has always been super key for us - from the quiz on our website, to our TikTok lives that answer all your skincare questions in real time. Keeping the same incredible formulas, but with a new outer box that combines brains and beauty, the rebrand offers new educational elements to make our skincare even easier to understand and use.
"In short, we’ve made the customer journey simple, easy and educational."
