H beauty launches nationwide 'Carnival' tour to boost in-store engagement
Harrods is launching its most extensive in-store beauty event series to date with the return of its H beauty Carnival, an experiential activation designed to drive footfall, elevate customer engagement, and spotlight brand partnerships across its regional beauty concept stores.
The pop-up tour will travel across H beauty locations through October and early November, including Gateshead’s Metrocentre, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Silverburn in Glasgow.
Targeted exclusively at MyBeauty loyalty members, the event will offer a wide range of experiences - from expert-led masterclasses and exclusive product launches to treatments, beauty prizes, and more.
Each event weekend will feature live masterclasses from brands such as Charlotte Tilbury and Hourglass, alongside product previews and experiential services from names including The Ordinary, Erborian, Drybar, and Dermalogica.
Consumers will also have access to live DJ performances and activities like bag charm crafting, product play tables, and sampling opportunities.
Where & When
- Metrocentre: 4-5 October
- Milton Keynes: 11-12 October
- Bristol: 18-19 October
- Edinburgh: 25-26 October
- Silverburn: 1-2 November
The event is designed with two levels of participation: a free Standard Pass and a £15 Luxe Pass, both available to MyBeauty members.
Luxe Pass holders receive additional perks, including priority event access, entry to a prize-led Grab to Win game, five deluxe samples, and a full-size product gift with purchases over £60.
This tiered approach allows Harrods to monetise engagement while maintaining accessibility for its wider customer base, encouraging loyalty programme sign-ups and driving sales per visit.
Launched in 2020 as part of Harrods’ regional growth strategy, H beauty has expanded to six locations across the UK. The luxury beauty concept aims to bring Harrods’ luxury retail experience outside of its Knightsbridge flagship, with stores featuring play tables, skincare stations, and champagne bars to foster discovery and dwell time.
