British sustainable beauty brand Haeckels is to give its retail spaces in Margate and London to smaller brands this Black Friday.

On 25 November 2022, Haeckels will take its products off the shelves and offer its stores to smaller businesses to help promote those "making a difference, pushing boundaries and creating change".

The brand will provide the chosen businesses with retail space, marketing and access to its network of contacts.

In a post on LinkedIn, Haeckels published: "As Black Friday approaches, we receive countless emails asking us if we will do any promotions. As usual, no. In fact, we’re not even going to be taking any money.

"This Black Friday, we want to offer our retail spaces in Margate and London to smaller brands with big ambitions. We’re on the lookout - please tag brands, people and artists making a difference below, and we’ll begin the reach out."

Haeckels was founded in 2012 by volunteer beach warden and coastal enthusiast Dom Bridges. The brand works to solve the waste problem by using of waste natural resources in its products and presenting fully recyclable or compostable packaging solutions.

In July 2022, Haeckels reimagined its skincare and home offering to celebrate design, innovation and sustainability. The relaunch saw the brand strengthen its focus on how it delivers products, materials and experiences.
