Harrods launches rewards programme for beauty customers

Harrods has launched a specifically curated rewards programme for beauty customers, called MyBeauty. 

MyBeauty is tailored to H beauty customers in all five H beauty locations across the UK, as well as online and at the Harrods department store in Knightsbridge.

Members can access a variety of member-only benefits including earning points on all beauty purchases, event invitations, exclusive offers and promotions on beauty products, first access to new beauty launches and services throughout the year.

As an extension of the existing rewards programme, members must be part of Harrods Rewards in order to join and sign up for the additional perks that MyBeauty offers.

To celebrate the launch, the luxury retailer is hosting a H beauty carnival at its stores throughout October and November 2022.

The carnival has been created exclusively for MyBeauty members, and will offer a line-up of festivities including masterclasses, live DJs, a carnival-themed champagne bar takeover and beauty vending machines. Customers will also be able to "build-your-own-goody bag" when spending £50 or more in-store.

“We have worked extensively to create a beauty loyalty proposition that will support the long-term engagement of our customers across all Harrods beauty channels, while complementing our existing rewards programme.”
