Australian salon tools brand Hello Bleach has named Stephanie Mason as its new Global Distribution Manager.

With extensive experience in international distribution and a deep understanding of global haircare markets, Mason is set to drive the brand's worldwide expansion and strategic growth.

In this new role, she will oversee Hello Bleach's global distribution strategy, working closely with partners to ensure "seamless access to the brand’s innovative product range".

Female-founded Hello Bleach was established in Australia in 2022 with a mission to create recycled innovative salon tools that not only elevate artistry but close the loop on plastic waste.

Mason's appointment marks a new chapter for the business as it accelerates international growth and strengthens its position as "a leader in professional hair bleaching solutions".

Belynda Bennetts, founder of Hello Bleach, said: "We are delighted to welcome Stephanie Mason to Hello Bleach. Her extensive international experience and unparalleled industry knowledge make her the perfect fit for this new role.

"She shares our vision and mission to purposefully eliminate single-use plastics, reduce water and product waste, and will be instrumental in building strong distribution networks and ensuring our products reach stylists and salons worldwide."

Hello Bleach joins Mason's portfolio of clients, including Cloud Nine, where she also serves in an advisory role to support the UK-based brand's expansion in Australia and New Zealand.

She also launched Showpony Hair Extensions in 2008. Under her leadership, the Australian brand expanded into 22 countries before being sold to the Kevin Murphy group in 2023.
