Global fashion and lifestyle media brand Highsnobiety is continuing its expansion, now launching a beauty platform to champion unconventional ideologies of beauty.

The culturally pioneering platform was launched by CEO David Fischer in 2005 and later purchased by e-commerce giant Zalando in 2022. It is a cultural consultancy headquartered in Berlin, sitting at the intersection of fashion, art, and media.

Highsnobiety Beauty is a new digital platform that explores subversive ideologies of beauty and the individual talents that are shaping the industry. It will highlight disruptive voices within the beauty sphere in the same way it does with those in the fashion realm.

The platform will explore how beauty holds a mirror to our shifting cultural interests, veering away from traditional views of beauty and spotlighting unique creators, from nailcare, skincare, to makeup artistry and beyond.

Willa Bennett, Editor-in-chief, commented: "Half a year into my time as Editor-in-Chief, I'm thrilled to launch Highsnobiety Beauty alongside the editorial team. As a style platform championing young people, beauty is a natural next step for us. I look forward to working alongside the team to champion those who are redefining the meaning of 'beauty.'"

The cultural commentator will cover conversations with creatives as well as spotlight products that are deemed "must-haves" through the Highsnobiety lens.

The new platform will live digitally and is eventually set to expand Highsnobiety's beauty e-commerce offering.

Tiktoker and game-changing make-up artist Noen Eubanks is taking centre stage in the inaugural digital issue with an in-depth interview. The visual artist, model, and internet personality, is known for blurring the line between physical and digital makeup with deeply intricate beauty looks.
