Holland & Barrett introduces new superfoods skincare range
Holland & Barrett has announced the launch of a new superfood-infused skincare range, Pip & Pod.
The range claims to provide a ‘five-a-day for your face’, and contains 11 products to "help customers curate a regime best suited to their individual skin needs, from scrubs, cleansers and glow drops to serums, masks and facial mists".
Featuring key superfood ingredients, the range uses active and ethically sourced superfoods ingredients including the Kakadu Plum, "known to be the highest natural source of vitamin C in the world", combinations of cucumber, mint and kale extracts to "offer a naturally rich vitamin C and E formulation to nourish and protect skin", blueberry extract, a natural source of antioxidants to leave the "skin feeling fresh and glowing, while kiwi provides a dose of complexion-boosting vitamin C".
The vegan, cruelty-free range comes in recyclable packaging, with prices ranging between £9 to £12. Select products also contain kiwi and raspberry seeds that would otherwise have gone to waste.
Laura Moore, Senior Beauty Manager at Holland & Barrett said: “We’re delighted to launch Pip & Pod, our most colourful and vibrant range so far, adding it to our growing conscious beauty range. Pip & Pod helps us reach a younger eco-conscious customers with superfoods-packed skincare products that care for their skin. We can’t wait to hear what they think.”
