House of Fraser boosts digital mix with virtual beauty consultations
House of Fraser has bolstered its digital shopping offer with the launch of one-to-one virtual consultations with beauty and skincare experts from leading brands including Clinique, Clarins and Estée Lauder.
In-line with growing consumer demand for “bespoke services online,” the new 20-45 minute virtual consultations will provide at home shoppers with “the same in-store experience given by beauty consultants,” House of Fraser said.
The move will bring “the much sought-after expertise from highly knowledgeable beauty experts, through to the digital shopping experience,” it added.
Beauty masterclasses with house-hold names such as Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford and Dior will also continue to take place alongside the launch.
