How can beauty brands utilise app commerce to improve business?
Apprising, shopping app developer Poq’s event designed to help retailers understand how mobile apps can improve their business and customer experience, is returning to Odeon Luxe West End on 6 March.
Poq, which was founded in 2011, coined the term "app commerce" and has since gone on to sign up some of fashion and retail's biggest names as clients including E.l.f Beauty and Sosandar. Its technology allows retailers to make use of in-app and in-store data to gain "actionable insights" into customer behaviour and to identify the best growth opportunities.
At this year’s event, Exploring the Power of Super Apps for Retailers and Brands, Poq will focus on the transformative power of super apps for retailers and brands. Here, it will bring together industry leaders, innovators and technology partners to discuss the future of digital commerce under one roof.
Those who attend on the 6 March will hear exclusive insights including those from Kurt Geiger, Mamas & Papas and The White Company. Retail execs will share their experiences and strategies for leveraging super apps to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. They’ll also hear keynote speaker Chris Lemons deliver his gripping and inspirational story.
"We are thrilled to bring Apprising back in 2025, as super apps are poised to redefine the retail landscape," said Helen Slaven, Chief Revenue Officer at Poq. "This event will serve as an invaluable platform for brands and retailers to explore the latest innovations and gain the insights needed to stay ahead in an evolving market."
