How Revieve's new AI Skin Advisor supports brand-led discovery on ChatGPT

Revieve has introduced a fully white-labeled solution that allows beauty brands and retailers to maintain brand control while expanding into emerging generative AI platforms and marketplaces.

Following the launch of its AI Beauty Discovery Connect solution, the company has introduced an AI Skin Advisor for ChatGPT, enabling businesses to guide the customer experience "from the very first moment of discovery".

As part of this, the new advisor allows brands and retailers to manage the discovery experience within ChatGPT, analysing skin needs, providing educational guidance, and recommending products aligned with each brand’s tone and identity.

The system is powered by Revieve’s proprietary Skin Analysis technology and functions as a branded micro-experience. This allows companies to create a customised discovery layer, guiding how users explore products and receive recommendations.

According to the company, this development is intended to complement existing customer touchpoints, including brand websites, mobile apps, in-store experiences and retail media channels. The goal is to extend reach, enhance influence and establish a differentiated presence within what is increasingly described as the "discovery economy".
