New brand ID Formulas launches longevity protocol with WHOOP integration
ID Formulas has launched Advanced ID, a daily longevity supplement protocol priced at €250 for a 30-day supply. The company claims it can reverse biological age while allowing users to track physiological changes through WHOOP data.
The product became available in Ireland on 25 June through ID Formulas and will launch in the UK at the end of July, following six years of clinical and translational research.
ID Formulas describes Advanced ID as a system focused on ageing biology, energy metabolism, recovery and long-term physical and cognitive function.
A dermatology-led approach to longevity
ID Formulas was founded by consultant dermatologists Professor Caitriona Ryan and Professor Nicola Ralph, alongside healthcare entrepreneur and CEO Conor Murphy. The brand links skin health with systemic biology, arguing that visible ageing can reflect changes in cellular energy production, inflammation and repair processes.
Advanced ID uses the company’s patent-pending Longevity Synergy Matrix, a framework containing 32 active ingredients. The protocol combines two omega-3 soft gel capsules with a daily powder mixed with water. Its named ingredients include 500mg of nicotinamide, 250mg of resveratrol and 6mg of astaxanthin, alongside Coenzyme Q10, quercetin, MSM, marine collagen peptides, creatine monohydrate, vitamins and minerals.
The formulation is designed to support skin and hair health, cognitive performance, energy metabolism, recovery, sleep and cellular resilience.
ID Formulas also says it is the first supplement brand to offer direct API integration with WHOOP, the human performance monitoring wearable. Users can connect their WHOOP account to the ID Formulas portal and compare their experience with the protocol against recovery scores, sleep consistency, heart rate variability (HRV) and other physiological metrics.
"The supplement industry has long suffered from a lack of objective measurement," Murphy said. "By integrating with the WHOOP API, we are moving away from ‘guesswork wellness’ and providing a platform where inputs - our formulations - are directly linked to physiological outputs."
ID Formulas shared that its claims framework is based on four evidence streams. The company reports that a double-blind, placebo-controlled randomised controlled trial found faster cognitive processing, a 24% increase in skin hydration, and a 27% improvement in skin barrier function after 12 weeks. It also reports improvements in hair volume and density, as well as libido across three domains.
A separate epigenetic testing programme reported an average biological-age reduction of 5.2 years over 12 weeks. Biological age is intended to reflect physiological ageing rather than chronological age; however, the announcement does not provide details on the sample size, testing method, control group or publication status.
The remaining evidence comes from observational WHOOP data collected from Circle members and real-world user reports describing changes in sleep, focus and energy. These findings are separate from the controlled trial and do not establish clinical efficacy on their own.
Advanced ID is designed around 12-week usage periods and is available for €250 per 30-day supply.
