In Pictures: Flannels opens 35,000 sq ft flagship store in Leicester

Frasers Group has just opened a new 35,000 sq ft Flannels flagship store at Fosse Park shopping centre in Leicester, which includes its new Flannels Beauty concept.

Set over three floors, the new store is carrying men’s and women’s ready-to-wear designer collections and accessories, and also has the Flannels Beauty Changing Rooms and leading Beauty Bar concept, while a food and beverage offer is to be introduced in the autumn.

Flannels Group Head of Elevation, Michael Murray, said: “Building on the momentum following our first regional flagship in Sheffield last month, we’re proud to open our next flagship store in Leicester. Flannels continues to disrupt and rethink retail, impressively demonstrating our vision and bringing a world-class shopping destination to another key city in the UK.”

Flannels Beauty launched in Sheffield last month, and its presence in Leicester within the new Flannels flagship further cements its investment plans in the category.

Despite much turbulence on the UK’s high streets, Flannels aims to open a further 10 flagship stores over the next five years, with the next one due to open at The Centre in Livingston, Scotland, this autumn.
