In Pictures: Neal’s Yard Remedies debuts ‘store of the future’ concept in Manchester
Neal’s Yard Remedies has opened an 873 sq ft store at Manchester Arndale, moving from its King Street location into a former Claire’s unit.
Reflecting the brand’s apothecary heritage, the store is designed to create a sensory retail environment, offering personalised wellbeing advice and allowing customers to explore natural beauty solutions.

The space features the company’s new “store of the future” concept, presenting a wide range of skincare, bath and body products, essential oils, herbal remedies and wellness gifts.
Anabel Kindersley, CEO and Co-Owner of Neal’s Yard Remedies, said: “We are thrilled to open our new store at Manchester Arndale - bringing our Store of the Future concept that we’ve pioneered at our Flagship store in London to this vibrant city.
"We look forward to serving Manchester's beauty community, offering our award-winning formulations and a personalised in-store experience tailored to every customer's wellbeing need."

Neal's Yard Remedies first introduced its “store of the future” concept with a reimagined Covent Garden flagship earlier this year.
It also recently unveiled a new store in Spitalfields, East London, marking the second iteration of the “store of the future” concept and reflecting an updated approach designed to engage today’s environmentally conscious consumers.
