In Pictures: Scotland's biggest Lush store opens in Glasgow

Lush has opened a new experiential flagship in Glasgow, marking the brand's biggest-ever store in Scotland.

Located on Buchanan Street, the 20,000 sq ft flagship spans five floors and features a variety of "new and exciting" concepts.

The space offers categories of Lush inventions from the 1980s including shampoo bars and bath bombs, as well as a variety of lifestyle items, such as clothing, cosmetic bags, pins and soap dishes.

It also features a Lush Shampoo Bar, allowing customers to learn about their hair type and what products and ingredients complement it best.

As part of the service, customers can have their hair washed by a Lush Shampoo Therapist using one of the brand's shampoo bars.

Customers can then either self-style their own hair or have Lush’s Hair Stylist and Afro Hair Stylists finish off their desired look, using its extended and exclusive range of hair styling products.

Other experiences include a space for Lush Parties and an in-store cafe hosted by independent vegan coffee shop, Plant Blonde.

An additional floor will also follow in February 2024 to include a Lush Spa with a new Scotland-themed spa treatment to be available.

The opening is part of the brand's retail growth plans to provide innovation and five star customer experiences.

Last year, Lush announced it plans to invest £7.6 million in new shops, relocations and redesigns across the UK and Europe.

The Glasgow flagship marks the latest opening for Lush, having also returned to Covent Garden last month with a new store.
