In Pictures: Trinny London opens first-ever flagship store
Trinny London has opened its debut flagship store at 31 King's Road in London's Chelsea, marking a milestone moment for the British brand as it continues to grow.
Spread across two levels, the space offers the brand's full suite of products and services, including cleansers, exfoliators and serums, as well as foundations, blushers, lipsticks, and more.

At the heart of the store, customers can discover a number of curated edits, from routines designed for beginners and beauty enthusiasts to displays highlighting the best shades for different skin tones.
This is further amplified by a 'Meet Your Match Room', offering a personalised and interactive experience to help visitors better understand what colours best suit their skin, hair and eye tones.
Product play tables also allow guests to continue their product exploration, providing QR codes for digital shade matching and interactive displays for customers to build their perfect skincare routines.

Large mirrors open up the space, with metallic silver accents complemented by the vibrant colours of Trinny London's products, as well as the bright yellow shade synonymous with its branding.

Downstairs, customers can then find 'The Studio'. Boasting six stations, the space offers a variety of pre-booked appointments, from in-depth, one-to-one consultations across skincare and makeup to a duo makeup lesson with the brand's pro makeup artists. These services are available to book online.
"Our flagship celebrates everything that’s unique about Trinny London. We’re bringing back the joy of shopping with a warm, inviting space that centres on connection, community and discovery", said Trinny Woodhall, the brand's eponymous founder.
Woodall first launched Trinny London with makeup in 2017, followed by skincare in 2022.
The brand has been testing the waters of brick-and-mortar retail over the past few years, having welcomed consumers to various pop-up experiences in London. In fact, its most recent activation on London's Kings Road is the location of its new store.
Only meant to be there for a week, its popularity had already resulted in it staying put for the summer and now indefinitely.

Its opening strengthens the beauty brand's omnichannel strategy, having also recently bolstered its online experience.
In July, Trinny London partnered with Revieve to launch a new AI-powered experience offering personalised recommendations.
Using advanced AI to detect skin conditions and characteristics from selfies, combined with individual preferences, customers can receive tailored skincare suggestions and customised routines built from Trinny London's high-performance products.
