Ruuby, the at-home beauty and wellness platform, has teamed up with K18 to deliver an innovative at-home blowdry powered by K18’s new HeatBounce technology. The service is now available to book across the capital, offering clients a blow-dry that delivers not just style, but clinically backed hair health benefits.
Founded in London in 2015 by Venetia Archer, Ruuby has built its reputation as a trusted platform for on-demand, at-home beauty and wellness, connecting clients with a curated network of t herapists. Offering services across hair, nails, massage, facials and aesthetics, the business has now delivered more than 500,000 treatments across the UK, France and Switzerland.
The launch marks a significant moment for Ruuby, which has a network of more than 2,500 vetted professionals and partnerships across prestige brands, including Dr. Barbara Sturm, Mantle and L’Occitane. To date, the platform has delivered more than 500,000 treatments.
At the heart of the new service is K18’s HeatBounce Conditioning Heat Protectant, formulated with the brand’s patented Resilicore technology. The product protects hair from heat damage up to 232°C and penetrates from cuticle to cortex, resulting in up to 85% less breakage after blow drying. The results promise softer, stronger, shinier hair with bounce that lasts.
