Inter Parfums closes licensing deal for Donna Karan and DKNY fragrance

Inter Parfums has closed its agreement with G-III Apparel Group to become the exclusive worldwide licensee for the Donna Karan and DKNY fragrance brands.

The company said it has already begun developing product lines, with new fragrances under the Donna Karan and DKNY brands planned for 2023.

Founded in 1982, Inter Parfums develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics. The company holds the licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade and Hollister.

Through its global distribution network, the company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

G-III Apparel Group designs, sources and markets apparel and accessories under owned, licensed and private label brands. The group's portfolio of over 30 licensed and proprietary brands is anchored by global brands including DKNY, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Karl Lagerfeld.
