It’s high time for Ted Baker to accelerate its board shake-up

Anyone looking for a smoking gun in Ted Baker’s long-awaited report into allegations of sexual harassment will be sorely disappointed. The fashion brand isn’t even going to publish the report, the spoilsports.

The FTSE 250 company revealed on Thursday 
that the independent inquiry into its “policies, procedures and handling of employee grievances” had concluded. Law firm Herbert Smith Freehills was tasked with the job of interviewing past and present employees to get to the bottom of the “forced hugs” policy allegedly fostered by founder and former chief executive Ray Kelvin.
