JATC reveals further brands joining new beauty and lifestyle zone
Just Around the Corner (JATC) has revealed an update of the beauty brands joining its London trade show line-up.
Located at The Truman Brewery in London, the trade show will take place from 8-9 February 2023.
As part of this, JATC will welcome Candlemeleon and its range of heat-reactive candles. Combing thermodynamic science with the expertise of artists and candlemakers, the brand's candles change their exterior designs as the wick warms and the wax begins to melt.
The Ink Balm will join the line-up, bringing its natural, nourishing balm for tattooed skin to JATC. This encourages healing, keeps colour bright and uses only vegan ingredients.
As previously announced, the event will also showcase Warpaint for Men. Founded by Danny Gray to help manage his body dysmorphia, the brand is committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding men wearing everyday makeup. Its range includes skincare and makeup products, including a Tinted Moisturiser, Concealer and Beard & Brow Filler.
In addition, the trade show will host vegan bodycare brand Messiah & Eve. The business creates "functional and forward-thinking" bodycare essentials, made with premium ingredients, sophisticated fragrances and clean, responsible design. Its products include a hand wash, body cleanser and body cream.
The announcement follows the news of Just Around the Corner's new zone dedicated to beauty and lifestyle for its AW23 London event. The area will cover skincare, grooming, fragrance, wellness, jewellery and home, curated by industry veteran, Karen Berman. Event registration can be accessed here.
Berman previously told TheIndustry.beauty: "I have been involved in the fashion and beauty industry for over 40 years and have visited trade exhibitions both in this country and overseas. I can honestly say that JATC is the future of fashion, and now, beauty and lifestyle B2B trade events. I am also very excited to see fashion and beauty brands exhibit side by side in a retail trade environment, giving indie, emerging and niche brands the voice I have always wanted them to have."
