Jo Malone London brings British seaside to South Bank with new pop-up
This July, Jo Malone London is scooping up childhood nostalgia and serving it with a spritz of Raspberry Ripple - its newest scent. For four days only, the fragrance house is bringing the British seaside to London’s South Bank with a playful pop-up dedicated to the limited-edition fragrance.
Running from 3-6 July, the Raspberry Ripple Pop-Up Experience will transform The Queen’s Walk (opposite Jubilee Gardens) into a vibrant seaside scene - no train tickets to Brighton required. Picture this: colourful beach huts, a nostalgic boardwalk and the unmistakable scent of raspberry ripple ice cream wafting through the air.
Inspired by the joyful new scent, the immersive installation invites guests to stroll through a series of interactive huts, each designed to reflect the fragrance’s key notes - lush raspberries, juicy redcurrants and soft white musk. Think of it as a seaside staycation for the senses.
But the experience doesn’t stop there. Visitors can send a digital postcard to a loved one, create their own bunting, pose for a postcard-worthy photo moment, and (of course) enjoy a scoop of raspberry ripple ice cream. The experience is free to enter and open daily from 11am to 8pm.
The star of the show? The Raspberry Ripple Cologne – a joyful tribute to British summer, available in two sizes (30ml for £59 and 100ml for £128). The scent is joined by a special-edition twist on a Jo Malone classic: Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne, reimagined for the season in limited-edition packaging.
Launching nationwide on 1 July, the Raspberry Ripple collection captures summertime in a bottle.
