Jo Malone London GM exits after 35 years at Estée Lauder Companies
After 35 years with The Estée Lauder Companies, Rachel Baker is stepping down from her role as Vice President and General Manager for Jo Malone London, Le Labo, Kilian Paris, and Frédéric Malle.
Baker shared the news on LinkedIn, describing her departure as a "deeply personal decision".
She has dedicated her entire career to ELC, rising through the ranks to lead some of the company’s most iconic brands. Since 2023, she has served as VP and GM for Jo Malone London.
Over her tenure, Baker has also held senior leadership roles across a range of ELC brands, including Clinique, Dr. Jart+, Estée Lauder, and Lab Series.
Her journey with the company began as a Clinique Consultant while she was still a teenager, evolving over the years into a series of senior leadership positions.
In her LinkedIn post, Baker said: "After 35 memorable years with The Estée Lauder Companies, I recently made the deeply personal decision to step away from my role as VP and General Manager for Jo Malone London, Le Labo, Kilian Paris, and Frédéric Malle.
"I’ve been incredibly fortunate to spend my entire career with such an extraordinary company, working across many iconic brands. Clinique, Estée Lauder, Tom Ford Beauty, Dr. Jart+, Lab Series, and most recently Jo Malone London and the Artisanal Fragrance portfolio.
"What started as a job became a lifelong journey, one that shaped who I am today. It has been far more than a career; it has been a true privilege.
"As I turn the page to this next chapter, I’m choosing to focus on what matters most, my family, who have always been my biggest champions , I do so with a full heart, deep gratitude, and immense pride in all that we’ve built together.
"Thank you to ELC for your support, and to everyone who has been part of this remarkable journey. I look forward to staying connected... and seeing what the future holds."
