Ever wondered what Paddington Bear smells like? Well, now you don't have to. Jo Malone London has launched a new limited-edition fragrance inspired by the iconic children’s literary character and his love for marmalade sandwiches.

The new scent, aptly named Orange Marmalade, blends warm woods with orange zest for a refined take on the British preserve.

Meanwhile, the product packaging nods to the colours of Paddington's iconic red hat and blue coat, with a picnic-inspired, tartan box taking inspiration from the British picnic aesthetic.

"A childhood favourite and now our latest collaborator, Paddington Bear conjures up cherished memories of fun-filled summer trips by train, exploring the British countryside and coastline—always with a picnic in tow," said Jo Dancey, Global Brand President at Jo Malone London.

"When it comes to our new Orange Marmalade Cologne, really there was no other choice of partner we’d rather share our scent with—or marmalade sandwich, come to that."

The Orange Marmalade Cologne is now available for two months during July and August and has been launched in both 100ml and 30ml bottles, priced at £124 and £58, respectively.

The new scent follows the launch of Jo Malone London’s ‘Cypress & Grapevine Cologne Intense’, which saw the brand name British actor Tom Hardy as the face of its campaign in a two-year deal as ambassador for the premium fragrance.
