Justmylook celebrates record year following £3.9m marketing spend

Online retailer Justmylook has reported another record-breaking year, with revenue growth of 49% during 2023.

Launched in 2015, Justmylook presents a range of more than 15,000 products from over 350 beauty brands, including Elemis, Lancome, Olaplex and GHD, amongst others.

The retailer attributed its recent success to record-breaking sales but also a "significant boost" in brand recognition.

It invested over £3.9 million in marketing activations during the year, including TikTok, YouTube and out-of-home campaigns.

Among the activations was a TfL campaign, placed within central stations to ensure "maximum visibility and engagement". This reached 175 million impacts across London in 2023.

Justmylook also created a purpose-built studio, featuring state-of-the-art photography and filming equipment, to strengthen its commitment to "delivering high-quality content while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment".

Sales were further boosted by the retailer's first-ever Christmas gift guide, which saw it distribute approximately 400,000 copies via customer orders from October to December 2023.

It also onboarded 6,000 new products and 87 new brands during the year, with four million products shipped to customers.
