Kiko Milano's CEO Cristina Scocchia to step down

Kiko Milano’s CEO Cristina Scocchia has quit the business to pursue new professional opportunities in another sector.

Effective 31 December 2021, Scocchia will move away from the beauty industry and join coffee brand Illy as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Scocchia joined Kiko Milano in 2017. Prior to her role at Kiko, she held senior positions at L’Oréal and P&G.

During her role, in 2018 and 2019 the brand implemented a rapid and intense process of transformation and reorganisation aimed at boosting the company’s financial and operational efficiency. Additionally, in Q1 2021, the brand's sales increased by 60% compared to 2020.

Kiko Milano was founded in 1997 and currently operates 950 stores in 46 markets. Described by the brand, Kiko's identity is rooted in "Made in Italy" values and the world of fashion, art and design.

Cristina Scocchia's successor is yet to be announced.
