Kim Kardashian has unveiled her latest brand, SKKN BY KIM. The new brand has been created to bridge the gap between dermatological experts and people at home seeking high-performance skincare.

The brand's science-backed, clean and cruelty-free formulas aim to support the skin’s natural renewal abilities and offer an "indulgent" at-home experience to help people feel confident in their skin.

Designed for all skin types, the nine-product collection includes a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, face cream, eye cream, two facial oils and three serums. Each product has refillable packaging.

The brand has faced backlash online as people have compared its name, logo and packaging to Lori Harvey’s SKN by LH. Comparisons have also been made to Black-owned skincare brand SKKN+, which launched before both Lori and Kim's brands in 2018.

Kim Kardashian previously was criticised about a brand name in 2019, where she was accused of cultural appropriation for her shapewear brand Kimono. Days later, she changed its name to SKIMS.

SKKN BY KIM will launch on 21 June 2022, exclusively on its own website.
