Klira secures ‘significant investment’ to drive global growth
After achieving 322% growth in 2024, the bespoke skincare brand Klira has successfully closed a significant investment round to accelerate its growth here on UK soil and internationally.
Klira is a direct-to-consumer brand that was founded by Consultant Dermatologist Dr. Emma Craythorne in 2022. The brand’s flagship product, The Klira Special, is crafted with up to 11 personalized ingredients tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
As consumer demand for personalised skincare solutions surges, Klira is ready to scale. Its Founder, Dr. Emma Craythorne, said: "Through Klira, we are setting a new standard in personalised dermatology.
"The profound results we’ve seen from The Klira Special, combined with its simplicity and elegance, have resonated deeply with our clients. This investment marks a pivotal moment for our business, enabling us to supercharge our expansion into key strategic growth areas."
Earlier this year, the skincare brand entered the bodycare category with a new precision-targeted treatment to reverse signs of ageing on the hands and chest. Now, with this milestone investment under its belt, Klira plans to expand its product range, enhance its technological capabilities and establish its footprint in global markets. Meanwhile, it maintains its commitment to deliver effective science-backed skincare.
Sophie Kerbegian, Co-Founder and CEO, added: “We are at the forefront of a movement towards personalisation in skincare, and this will be remembered as the moment that enables us to share it with the world.
“Our customer experience starts in digital with our unique SkinSize™ analysis and ends in a totally bespoke skincare product on their bathroom shelf. Our new investors have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for innovation that is the perfect match for our business model. We are thrilled to be able to fulfil Klira’s full potential with their backing.”
