KMI Brands, licensed distributor of Ted Baker fragrance and toiletries, has entered the wellness market with the launch of its new brand, Plantopia.

Fuelled by the science of adaptogens and potent plant therapy from essentials oils, Plantopia offers multi-purpose products for body and skin, alongside food supplements, aiming to provide a "holistic personal wellness prescription for modern living."

The brand's new ranges include Detox & Purify, Rest & Sleep, Relax & Calm and Energise & Uplift. Plantopia highlights that each range can be used as a whole or by creating a tailored ritual with different products from each range.

Plantopia’s aim is to encourage and improve world wellness, while ensuring total transparency. This is translated into the brand's packaging, which uses post-consumer recycled plastic, glass and 94.38% recyclable packaging.

The brand has also partnered with the Union For Ethical Biotrade (UEBT), hoping to highlight its commitment to providing an ethical and sustainable formulation journey by sourcing with respect for biodiversity.

Rachel Parsonage, CEO of KMI Brands, said: “Through a laser-focussed lens on consumer need and desire, as well as market and category dynamics, we wanted to build a brand that provided an inclusive access-point to wellness, not only through our product line but also through an education platform providing access to expert-led content as well as the invitation to join an expansive community. We were determined to offer so much more in this space, than products and empty promises."
