Kosas explores potential sale
Skincare-infused makeup brand Kosas Cosmetics is understood to be exploring a potential sale.
The US-based beauty brand is said to have hired investment bank North Point to explore the sale options, according to WWD.

Founded by Sheena Zadeh-Daly in 2015, Kosas offers "next-level, clean beauty that’s about revealing, expressing and feeling comfy in your skin".
The brand's collection of skincare-infused cosmetics includes a Revealer Concealer, Brow Pop Duel-Action Defining Pencil, 10-Second Eye Gel Watercolour Eyeshadow and Wet Lip Oil, amongst other items.
Following a "rise in global consumer demand", Kosas expanded its presence in the UK last year. It launched at Sephora and Space NK, which is expected to generate "significant growth within the UK market".
