Sitting alongside will be well-known luxury streetwear brand Marbek, who will be working in collaboration with exclusive footwear specialist Mr Sneaker.

Included in the recent signings is natural fabric clothing and accessories specialists, Manomay, who have built up a strong reputation from their current trading position in Camden’s Stables Market, selling their superfine 2-ply cashmere scarfs.

Koko Art will also be joining the scheme. The brand, which has previously collaborated with Jimmy Choo and Selfridges, is home to vibrant and bespoke painted shoe professionals, who founded their company in Camden Town in 2010.

Finally, bespoke children’s fashion brand Josiah Amari will be expanding into a railway arch, with a custom boutique, which will offer quick turnaround tailoring and personalisation.

Commenting on the signings, Jonny Perkins, Retail Asset Manager at LabTech said: “The retail offer among our estates across Camden has always been unique and different, so it is our duty to the London community to ensure a dynamic retail mix for Hawley Wharf which creates a whole new destination in Camden. This selection of retailers does exactly that for Hawley Wharf Camden.
