Lakeside Shopping Centre has confirmed that three new retailers - Pureseoul, Space NK and Oliver Bonas - will be joining its tenant mix this summer, further expanding its beauty and lifestyle offer.

Korean beauty retailer Pureseoul will open a 1,919 sq ft store in the lower mall, positioned opposite JD Sports. The new space will showcase an extensive range of more than 2,000 products across over 30 brands, including Torriden, Beauty of Joseon, Medicube, AMUSE, TIRTIR and rom&nd.

Premium beauty retailer Space NK will launch a 3,665 sq ft store in the upper mall opposite ZARA. The store will introduce the brand’s updated retail concept, offering a curated selection of skincare, makeup and fragrance, with a focus on discovery and a more personalised shopping experience.

Meanwhile, Oliver Bonas will take a 4,000 sq ft unit in the lower mall next to Office. The opening forms part of the brand’s ongoing UK expansion, as it continues to grow its portfolio beyond 90 stores across the UK and Ireland.

Robert Jewell, Managing Director of Asset Management at Pradera, said: "The signings of Pureseoul, Space NK and Oliver Bonas reflect the strength of Lakeside’s position as a leading retail and lifestyle destination, underpinned by a leasing strategy focused on curating a relevant, high-quality mix that resonates with today’s consumers.

"With access to a highly engaged and diverse catchment, Lakeside continues to attract best-in-class brands seeking prominent locations that can support long-term growth. Together, these additions further diversify and strengthen the destination’s offer, reinforcing Lakeside’s reputation as one of the UK’s premier super-regional assets."

The announcement follows the recent opening of The White Company at Lakeside Shopping Centre, where it has launched a 5,000 sq ft store.
