Landsec has announced that four fashion and beauty brands have joined Trinity in Leeds, as part of its drive to secure regional debuts, relocations and upsizes at the shopping destination.

Launching its regional debut in Leeds, resale fashion brand Relic x Hooked has opened a bricks-and-mortar home on Albion Street to showcase its handpicked vintage sportswear and streetwear across a 2,500 sq ft store.

Daniel Wilmot, Director at Relic x Hooked, said: “We are very selective when searching for new destinations to launch our collaborative stores, as previous experience has demonstrated the importance of location and links to the local community.

"With Trinity’s impressive array of retail names combined with its strong independent offerings and emphasis on localism, there was no question that it was the perfect destination for us.

Doubling the size of the brand’s previous Leeds unit, beauty retailer Space NK has also opened a new 1,700 sqft store.

Japanese-inspired lifestyle product retailer Miniso has opened a new 3,100 sq ft store at Trinity, the first in the north of England. Described by the brand, the store offers household goods, cosmetics and food at affordable prices.

Levi’s has also relocated from elsewhere in Leeds city centre, signing for a 2,500 sq ft store.

Nik Porter, Head of Retail Brand Account Management at Landsec, said: “Retail that provides a unique experience is essential for today’s consumer. This mix of new and best-loved brands brings great choice to Trinity that can’t be found elsewhere in the region, helping to create a place for retailers to succeed and to keep guests coming back.”
