Laser Me Out brings accessible laser hair removal to the Midlands

Laser Me Out, the London-born laser hair removal clinic, has expanded beyond the capital with the opening of its second location on Birmingham’s Hagley Road. The new site, which opens today, brings the Baker Street clinic’s signature treatments to the Midlands.

Founded in 2022 by Shireen Forster (featured in the main image), the business was born from personal frustration. Forster was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) at 17, a condition often accompanied by excessive hair growth. Within two years, she had spent more than £7,000 on laser treatments across five clinics - an experience that made the lack of affordable, effective and inclusive options painfully clear. Laser Me Out became her answer to the problem: a clinic built to serve every skin tone, every hair type and every budget, without compromising on quality.

What began as a single Harley Street clinic has since evolved into a national brand known for its tailored laser treatment packages. The Birmingham opening marks its first step toward building a wider UK footprint.

The Hagley Road clinic will mirror the services of the London flagship. Treatments centre around the Soprano Titanium Laser System, designed for minimal discomfort and downtime. The brand was also an early adopter of dry brushing as a pre-treatment, helping to optimise laser efficiency and reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs. For clients navigating hormonal conditions such as PCOS, the clinic offers its dedicated PCOS Membership, which includes unlimited sessions, discounted maintenance packages and personalised support.

Forster said: "The Birmingham branch opening is extremely meaningful to me, as well as the entire Laser Me Out team. This milestone not only represents our growth, but our ongoing mission to ensure that everyone, regardless of skin tone, hair type or postcode, can experience the same expert care and results that make every trip to the clinic worth it,” she said.

She added: "As someone who struggled personally with PCOS and the frustration of ineffective treatments, I wanted to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and finally confident in their own skin. We chose Birmingham because it’s one of the UK’s most culturally diverse and fast-growing cities, where safe and effective hair removal options that are also affordable remain limited. This is just the beginning of expanding access to proper laser care across the UK and setting a new national standard."
