Lookfantastic brings AW26 New Season campaign to life with London pop-up
Lookfantastic is marking the launch of its AW26 New Season campaign in London with The Fresh Cycle, a one-day customer experience taking place on Thursday 3 September.
The activation will transform a traditional laundrette into an interactive beauty destination, using the familiar wash-day ritual as a way to introduce consumers to new-season products, trends and beauty routines.
Visitors can explore a series of interactive experiences, including the Beauty Wash Cycle, which offers personalised recommendations to help customers build a new-season routine, and The Scent Booster, a fragrance-matching experience designed to help identify a signature scent.
The experience also includes a £15 pick-and-mix station featuring a selection of Lookfantastic favourites, giving visitors the opportunity to discover and sample products. Meanwhile, the Wash & Wear Cycle serves as a central installation designed to bring the campaign's laundrette concept to life.
Keely Gough, Managing Director at Lookfantastic, told TheIndustry.beauty: "We’re really excited to bring 'The Fresh Cycle' to life as an immersive way to explore the beauty trends shaping AW26.
"With more beauty content and recommendations competing for our attention than ever, we wanted to create an experience that helps our community cut through the noise, discover what’s genuinely relevant to them and have some fun along the way. It’s a chance to explore the new season trends, refresh your routine and hopefully leave with a few new beauty favourites."
The activation forms part of the retailer’s wider AW26 New Season campaign, bringing its experiential approach to life through product discovery and personalised beauty recommendations in a physical setting.
It comes as pop-ups continue to be a popular marketing strategy for Lookfantastic to engage with consumers offline, extending its presence beyond its standalone stores in Altrincham and Bristol. The retailer is also currently partnering with London café Meet at Joey’s on a limited-edition smoothie, tapping into the growing trend for beauty- and wellness-inspired drink collaborations this summer.
Another recent activation was a London pop-up as part of its “What the SPF?!” campaign in May, showcasing SPF products from a range of brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Clinique, La Roche-Posay and Heliocare.
