Lookfantastic confirms opening date for second UK store - full details revealed
Lookfantastic has confirmed it will open its second UK store in Bristol on 27 February.
Located in Cabot Circus, the new 3,000 sq ft store is designed to offer an experiential shopping environment that blends beauty discovery, expert services, and community engagement.
The store will showcase products across skincare, haircare, fragrance, bodycare and cosmetics, featuring a selection of brands such as Medik8, Color Wow, Sol de Janeiro, Laneige and Jo Malone London.
Products will be presented through storytelling-led edits, guiding customers through each category and encouraging natural exploration and discovery.
A key feature of the store is the Beauty Box concept, which will offer a rotating monthly selection of products, providing customers the opportunity to explore different brands.
The store will also include a dedicated skincare service room for professional treatments, along with space for brand activations, pop-ups, and window displays, enabling the store to accommodate trends, product launches, and customer needs.
Lucy Gorman, CEO at THG Beauty, said: "Our Bristol store is about creating a space that puts discovery and community at the heart of the Lookfantastic experience. Bristol has a large, diverse population and an engaged online customer base, and it’s a city that values creativity, collaboration and connection.
"This store allows us to bring our digital expertise into a physical environment that feels intuitive, inclusive and experience-led, where customers can explore, learn and feel confident in the choices they make, supported by fan first expertise and curated edits that evolve throughout the year."
The opening marks the next stage in Lookfantastic’s evolution, moving from a purely digital platform to one that blends in-person retail with community engagement.
Following the launch of its first store in Altrincham in 2024, the new Bristol location underscores the company’s vision of physical stores as brand hubs.
The retailer plans to continue its UK expansion selectively, targeting locations that are strategically aligned with its customer base.
