Lookfantastic expands Beauty Pro Programme to welcome additional industry professionals
Lookfantastic has expanded its Beauty Pro Programme to include medical professionals, dermatologists, qualified aesthetic practitioners and skincare experts within the beauty industry.
The move hopes to foster stronger connections between the retailer and industry professionals to provide customers with expert guidance.
Originally created to support self-employed professionals in the beauty industry who were out of work due to the pandemic, the Beauty Pro Programme now boasts over 2,500 members.
The new inclusion of medical professionals, dermatologists and qualified aesthetic practitioners further strengthens the retailer's commitment to providing customers with "comprehensive education, guidance and understanding of their skincare journey".
It will also provide industry members with exclusive event invites, personalised discount codes, exclusive gifting and brand masterclasses.
The news follows the launch of Lookfantastic's Dermatological Skincare Hub earlier this year, allowing customers to explore products tailored to their specific needs. It is also designed to provide customers with education, guidance and understanding for their skincare journey.
As part of this, consumers can book one-to-one 30-minute consultations with the retailer's in-house pharmacist, or use a live chat function to ask questions to its team of beauty advisors.
