Lush appoints new retail leader for UK and Ireland

Lush has announced the appointment of Kasey Swithenbank as its new Lead Retailer for the UK & Ireland.

With over 13 years of experience at Lush, Swithenbank brings knowledge from managing and directing over 100 Lush shop managers. Swithenbank first joined Lush as a Sales Associate in 2010. Shortly after, she was appointed as Supervisor and then worked as Shop Manager from 2012 through to 2017.

Most recently, Swithenbank served as a Retailer on its UK&I Retail team. As part of this, she introduced “virtual shop visits” during the pandemic to engage customers.

Kasey Swithenbank, newly appointed Lead Retailer UK&I at Lush, said: "I am so excited to be taking on this role.

"I’m extremely passionate about our high streets being memory makers for visitors and believe our shops create lasting memories for customers with our staff being day makers. Along with offering experiences beyond retail shopping like spa, parties and more. I’m excited to continue building upon the company's success in these areas."

The news comes after Lush announced its partnership with LGBT+ anti-abuse charity Galop to call on MPs to introduce comprehensive legislation to fully protect people from conversion therapy.
