Lush confirms return of 'Christmas Cabin' in Liverpool
Lush will reopen its Christmas Cabin in Liverpool, transforming it into a ‘Winter Village’ featuring a ‘Christmas Workshop’ with games and product-making, festive drinks, and a Christmas tree trail.
The Winter Village is partially funded by the Liverpool Business Improvement District and provides complimentary spaces for local charities and community groups.
Visitors can make their own festive bath bomb in ‘Santa’s Workshop’ as part of a £15 booking, with an optional gift from Santa, Mother Christmas, or Lush’s Snow Fairy available for an additional £25.
During December, the venue will also host two adult-only ‘Queermas’ evening events, featuring performances by local drag artists, games, and drinks.
Sandra Byrne, Senior Manager at Lush Liverpool, said the Winter Village will run from the last weekend of November through Christmas Eve.
She highlighted that collaboration with the Liverpool Business Improvement District allows the experience to be offered to community groups and charities from Mondays to Thursdays.
"I'm so excited to bring the holiday magic to life with an immersive festive experience. Visitors can enjoy creating their own Christmas bath bomb, meeting a festive character, playing games, and sipping hot chocolate," Byrne said.
"This year, we're especially excited about our collaboration with the Liverpool Business Improvement District, which allows us to extend this joyful experience to community groups and charities."
Bill Addy, CEO of the Liverpool Business Improvement District, noted that the Winter Village provides an additional attraction to Liverpool’s high street in December and supports accessibility for families as well as local charities and community groups.
"We’re thrilled to be supporting Lush Liverpool’s Winter Village this Christmas. The experience is a welcome addition to Liverpool’s high street for December, driving footfall and dwell during both mid-week and weekend sessions," said Addy.
"The location really makes it easily accessible for families to enjoy a magical festive experience in the heart of the city. It’s also wonderful to support spaces being opened up for local charities and community groups, ensuring everyone can share in the joy of the season."
