Lush connects in-store experiences with app through new booking feature
Lush is expanding its app experience with the launch of ‘Lush Events’, a new feature designed to make it easier for customers to discover and book in-store experiences.
Building on the launch of Lush Club in October 2025, the new addition strengthens the connection between digital and in-store experiences, giving customers more ways to engage with their local Lush shops and spas beyond traditional shopping.
Through the app, customers can browse and reserve complimentary in-store services across skincare, haircare, fragrance and massage.
The feature also allows Lush shops and spas to promote local events directly through the app, including product-making workshops, product launch events, Lush Party tasters, open spa days and community-focused gatherings.
Kasey Swithenbank, Head of Retail Stores at Lush UK&I, said: "Our in-store events give customers a reason to step into our shops, connect with our teams and each other, and experience Lush in a way that simply can’t be replicated online.

Alongside the launch of Lush Events, Lush Club members who activate the “Rewards” feature in the app can collect points on eligible in-store, web and app purchases, as well as spa treatments and spa gift card purchases.
As members collect points, they progress through tiered levels inspired by iconic Lush products, unlocking rewards that may include bestselling products, parties and spa treatments.
Customers who choose not to activate Rewards can still access benefits such as early access to new collections and exclusive Lush Club drops.
