Lush powers-up bathing with new The Super Mario Bros. collaboration
Lush has teamed up with Nintendo and Illumination’s The Super Mario Bros. Movie to launch a limited-edition range of bath and bodycare products.
The collection, available online and in-store at Lush from today, serves as a key part of UK promotion for the upcoming animated action comedy The Super Mario Bros. Movie, launching in cinemas on 5 April 2023.
Launching with eight products, the range is inspired by some of the most popular characters from The Super Mario Bros. franchise, including Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach.

What's in the collection?
Described as the "first product of its kind", the new Question Block bath bomb features a hidden collectable "power-up" soap inside. From mushrooms to gold stars, there are six Super Mario-themed options available - each with their own unique fragrance and colour.
The range features two shower gels, which promise to "brighten up any bathroom". These include a red cola-cube-scented Mario shower gel, featuring cleansing pomegranate juice, and a fluorescent green Luigi shower gel scented, featuring clean apple and rose absolute.
A Gold Coin soap featuring the brand's ‘Honey I Washed the Kids’ scent and two shower jellies, based on the film's Princess Peach and Bowser, are also included in the collection. Additionally, Lush has dedicated a body spray to Princess Peach, creating an entirely new scent of peaches and pineapple.
To finish off the collection, customers can create their own bespoke mystery gift boxes by adding their favourite products from the exclusive range to a themed Question Block box.
