Lush to open new customer concept store in Leicester

Skincare and cosmetics brand Lush has relocated its Leicester store, introducing the brand's customer journey concept to its third store across the UK, Ireland and Europe. 

Doubling the size of its original store, Lush's new store can be found at Highcross Shopping Centre in Canterbury, Leicester.

The new store concept aims to create an easier shopping experience for customers, showcasing product category areas including hair and skincare, bathing and gifting. The gifting area features traditional ethical gifts, bespoke gifting, fragrance gifts and alternative packaging options including Lush Knot Wraps.

Lush Leicester is also inviting customers to bring back any full-sized plastic packaging to be recycled as part of their new packaging returns scheme, Bring It Back. For each plastic Lush item returned, customers will receive a 50p deposit to spend in Lush that day.

The store design focuses on sustainability, using repurposed and existing furniture from the previous store, along with some new furniture produced from ethically sourced and durable materials.
