Luxury fragrance brand D'ORSAY launches in UK

French fragrance brand D'ORSAY has entered the UK market for the first time, with an exclusive shop-in-shop experience at Harrods and Selfridges.

UK consumers can now explore the brand's portfolio of 16 prestige, gender-neutral fragrances. Along with its collection of home fragrance and candles.

Founded in 1830, D'ORSAY was inspired by its founder Alfred d’Orsay's forbidden affair with London-based poet and novelist Marguerite Blessington. He looked at perfume as a natural additional artistic expression and imagined a fragrance that they can both wear to represent their love - a fragrance without a label.

Today, the brand's fragrances express each emotional sensation of love including passion, fresh, electric, delicate, dreamy, sensual, secret and impulsive. The fragrance names are inspired by a secret personality and their story of love, leaving their identity to the imagination. Each individual fragrance bottle and scent is signed with an initial.

Coinciding with the brand's launch in the UK, D'ORSAY is set to launch its newest fragrance on 14 September 2022. The new scent, G.A. Dandy or Not, is blended with notes of leather and orange blossom to capture a "casual but bright love".
