LVMH taps Lancôme exec to lead Sephora Collection

LVMH has appointed Sylvia Tournery as President of Sephora Collection, effective immediately, reinforcing the own-brand line as a key focus within its portfolio.

Tournery will join the Sephora Global Leadership Team and report to Guillaume Motte, President & CEO of Sephora and member of the LVMH Group Executive Committee.

She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, having held several senior leadership roles with responsibilities spanning brand development, consumer-focused innovation and international expansion.

Most recently, she served as Global Deputy General Manager of L’Oréal-owned Lancôme, following a range of roles within the US-based company since 2009. Prior to that, she held positions at YSL and Cartier.

In her new role, Tournery will lead Sephora Collection into its next phase of growth, focusing on strengthening product leadership and enhancing desirability at scale.
