Margaret Dabbs London expands Harrods footprint following clinic relaunch

Margaret Dabbs London has extended its presence at Harrods, pairing its reopened fourth-floor Wellness Clinic with a new standalone retail listing on the fifth floor.

The expansion gives Harrods customers access to the medical-grade luxury brand’s professional treatments and full retail range within its Knightsbridge flagship. The clinic reopened in July, while the new retail space covers the brand’s Feet, Hands, Nails & Legs categories.

Founded by podiatrist and foot expert Margaret Dabbs OBE, Margaret Dabbs London combines clinical expertise with luxury treatments and at-home formulations. Its distribution spans premium retailers, luxury department stores, spas and clinics worldwide.

The relaunched clinic operates within the Harrods Wellness Clinic, which brings together remedial, aesthetic and wellbeing practitioners on the store’s fourth floor.

Meanwhile, the standalone retail listing carries Margaret Dabbs London’s complete range, including Foot Hygiene Cream, Pure Repair Hand Cream, Nail Strengthening Treatment, and Firming Leg Serum.

The Harrods expansion follows continued growth across Margaret Dabbs London’s clinic and spa business. The brand currently operates 13 clinics in the UK and four international locations in A Coruña, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Madrid. Its website indicates that another location is opening soon on Northcote Road. 

The brand has also expanded its AstraeaNatura LED Hand Mitts into luxury spas, including locations within Four Seasons, Belmond and Dior Spa. The technology is designed to bring LED hand care into existing facial and body treatment menus.
