Kao has appointed Laura Hogan as Chief Marketing Officer of Molton Brown, where she will lead the brand’s global vision, positioning and marketing strategy to drive international growth.

Hogan will oversee teams across brand and product development, visual merchandising, store design, digital marketing and creative services.

Commenting on her appointment, Hogan said: “I am delighted to be joining Molton Brown at such an exciting point in its journey.

"With its unique blend of rich heritage, exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive identity, Molton Brown has earned its place among the world’s leading luxury fragrance, bath and body brands.

"I am excited to work with the team to build on that strong foundation and continue Molton Brown’s global growth, while further elevating the brand’s position across international markets."

Hogan joins Molton Brown following nine years at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she held senior marketing and brand leadership roles across several luxury beauty brands.

Most recently, she served as Brand General Manager UK & Ireland for Le Labo, Kilian Paris and Frédéric Malle, helping to drive continued growth and distribution expansion.

Prior to this, she held senior global marketing roles at Jo Malone London, where she was a key stakeholder in the brand’s internationally recognised Tom Hardy ambassador campaign.

Her broader international experience spans the UK, US and Middle East and includes helping to shape and grow a portfolio of leading beauty brands, including Tom Ford Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced and Elemis.

Mark Johnson, President of Molton Brown Global, said: "Laura is an exceptional brand leader with a proven track record of driving growth for leading prestige beauty brands.

"She brings a powerful combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen and creative excellence, alongside deep experience in building brands across international markets.

"As we continue to invest in Molton Brown’s long-term growth, Laura will play a key role in further strengthening our global brand presence, expanding our reach across luxury audiences and building on the distinctive heritage and craftsmanship that define our brand."

Hogan’s appointment reflects Kao’s continued investment in Molton Brown, which sits alongside Curél and SENSAI as one of six strategic focus brands driving the company’s global Cosmetics growth strategy.
