Moroccanoil has appointed professional tennis champion Aryna Sabalenka as its new Global Brand Ambassador, deepening the haircare brand’s connection with tennis.

Sabalenka will headline global campaigns and collaborate with Moroccanoil on exclusive content connecting athletic performance with personal style. The partnership will also include immersive experiences and appearances at major tennis events.

The appointment builds on Moroccanoil’s established involvement in the sport. The company has served for several years as the Official Haircare Sponsor of the Miami Open, where its 2026 activity included product giveaways and fan engagement.

Moroccanoil said the new ambassador deal marks the next stage of its tennis strategy, shifting from tournament sponsorship to a direct partnership with one of the sport’s most visible players.

"As our relationship with tennis has continued to evolve, partnering with Aryna felt like the perfect next match," said Marina Kirschner, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Moroccanoil.

"She is an incredible athlete, but what truly sets her apart is how she connects with people. She brings strength, authenticity and undeniable energy both on and off the court. Aryna’s global influence aligns perfectly with our mission to inspire and engage communities worldwide."

Sabalenka enters the partnership as the world No. 1 and a four-time Grand Slam singles champion. She has held the top WTA ranking continuously since 21 October 2024 and won back-to-back US Open titles in 2024 and 2025.

The agreement also expands her commercial presence in fashion and beauty. In January 2026, Gucci appointed Sabalenka as its global brand ambassador, launching the relationship at the Australian Open.

Sabalenka's positions Moroccanoil products as part of the personal care routine supporting her competition and event schedule.

“Whether I’m walking onto the court in front of thousands of fans or getting ready for an event, confidence changes everything,” she said. “When I feel good, I can focus on what I do best.”

She said she had used Moroccanoil for years and described the partnership as an authentic fit. “I’m proud to work with a brand that helps people feel empowered and comfortable being themselves.”

The deal follows a series of athlete appointments across the beauty sector. Wonderskin signed Katie Boulter for a Grand Slam season partnership built around the demands of practice, competition and media work. Wild also appointed Emma Raducanu as a global ambassador.
