Nails Inc partners with Magnum Ice Cream

Nails Inc. has partnered with Magnum ice cream to launch a line of six chocolate-scented nail polishes inspired by the new Magnum ice cream Duet Bars.

The Magnum Duet Bars are ice cream that have been dipped in two different types of chocolate, and inspired by this layering the collaboration has unveiled three sets of polish duos in a variety of creamy shades that "encourage fans to explore their own layers"

The Magnum bars come in three flavours - Almond, Chocolate and Cookie - and the accompanying nail polish sets recreate its flavours, look and colours. The Almond Duet, for example aims to recreate the chocolates' "sweet and crunchy" coating and "buttery shade" of light brown together with the "rich dark brown" of the Double Chocolate.

In a similar fashion the Chocolate Duet combines a vibrant hot pink, representing the Raspberry flavour, and white chocolate, represented by a light pink shade. The Cookie duet combines beige and chocolate-y brown colours.

Magnum has also partnered with celebrity nail artist, Mei Kawajiri to create nail art designs using the Duet polishes. She commented: "I love to incorporate sensory experience into my designs, so I was thrilled when Magnum ice cream teamed up with Nails.INC to create richly pigmented and chocolate-scented, polishes."
