Neal's Yard reformulates bestselling collection 11 years after launch
Neal’s Yard Remedies has reformulated its bestselling Frankincense Intense Collection, enhancing both its efficacy and sustainability credentials.
Originally launched in 2013, the collection has been central to the British skincare brand's offering ever since, known for its natural and responsibly sourced ingredients and "age-defying" properties.
Recognising advancements in green technology and the evolving landscape of active organic ingredients, Neal’s Yard Remedies said it has now redeveloped these formulas with new plant-based peptides, natural actives and emulsifiers, without compromising on sustainability.
As part of this, new bioavailable plant-based peptides work faster into the skin to visibly reduce the signs of ageing, while nourishing emulsifiers are included to give a "luxurious sensation" on the skin.
Now vegan and cold-processed where possible (a manufacturing process that saves 100% thermal energy without compromising on quality), the collection is also certified organic and cruelty-free.
Anabel Kindersley, Co-owner and CEO of Neal's Yard Remedies, told TheIndustry.beauty: "This is the only skincare I need. I’m so thrilled that we’ve been able to make our most-loved skincare collection even better, and have been amazed by the results I’ve seen in my own skin.
"The new and improved Frankincense Intense Collection embodies everything we stand for – it proves that you don’t have to compromise on ethics to enjoy truly luxurious skincare with unrivalled results."
Established in 1981, Neal’s Yard Remedies has championed responsible beauty and wellbeing for over 40 years. From small beginnings in a quiet corner of Covent Garden, the brand now has a growing presence across five continents, offering "proven, high-performing skincare, bodycare and herbal remedies that are kind to both people and planet".
