Neal’s Yard Remedies opens fourth ‘store of the future’ at Westfield London
Neal’s Yard Remedies has opened a new boutique at Westfield London (White City), marking the fourth location for its ‘store of the future’ retail concept as the natural beauty brand continues to expand its physical presence.
The new store opened on 2 July and forms part of Neal’s Yard Remedies’ plans to bring its immersive retail experience to more customers. It follows the launch of the concept at the brand’s Covent Garden flagship at the end of 2025.
The boutique aims to connect customers with the brand’s natural wellbeing offering through a series of sensory-led features. These include a preserved oak tree inspired by the Neal’s Yard Remedies logo, an apothecary-style aromatherapy wall showcasing essential oils, and a dedicated consultation space offering complimentary one-to-one wellbeing advice.
The Westfield White City location also includes a private consultation area exclusive to the store, designed to provide customers with personalised wellbeing guidance.

The opening forms part of the brand’s 45th anniversary celebrations and reflects its continued investment in bricks-and-mortar retail amid a wider shift towards experience-led beauty retail. Last week, Dermalogica announced a new Pro Skin Clinic concept with John Lewis, combining professional treatments with personalised skin consultations.
